The hotel had a carbon monoxide detector, how reassuring! And guess what? They even had a first aid kit! So thoughtful.

Oh, and did I mention the enjoyable experience of having coffee/tea in a common area? It was truly unforgettable.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, situated right in the middle of two beautiful lakes. It made exploring the city and trying out local delicacies incredibly easy. The receptionist was kind enough to provide me with a list of nearby food options, which turned out to be delicious. The room was not only clean but also spacious and modern. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a free upgrade to a deluxe room. The staff went above and beyond, allowing us to check-in early and even purchasing medicine for me when I fell ill. The breakfast may not have been a buffet, but the ability to order from a menu and have unlimited servings was beyond convenient. The central location allowed me to reach the night market within a short 10-minute walk. Lastly, the staff recommended affordable local eateries nearby that offered mouth-watering dishes.

We were near such places as quan thanh temple. Nothing bothered us with the hotel. We were able to park nearby...

We loved the hotel's prime location in the heart of the city, just a short walk away from the historic center and the bustling market. The rooms were kept clean and well-maintained, and we appreciated the various hotel facilities available during our stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome and comfortable throughout our visit.

The hotel staff were always ready to help and the amenities were modern and clean. The location was a plus, being close to a famous pagoda and Hanoi Citadel. The transportation service was efficient and convenient.

The cleanliness of the hotel left much to be desired and the breakfast was not impressive. We also had some issues with the shower, which was not clean and difficult to use.

The staff at Tryst Hotel were so helpful, I felt like a queen. I had a spa day and treated myself to a Thai massage, body scrub, and reflexology. They even did my laundry while I lounged at the bar and hit the gym. Such luxury!

That the hotel didn't have a personal chef to cook me whatever I wanted for breakfast. Such a disappointment.
